ABOUT ME

"I made my theatrical debut at the age of 10 as a flying monkey in Little Palm Family Theatre's seminal production of The Wizard of Oz. I would have been playing Dorothy, if Ariana Grande hadn't shown up to the audition and nabbed the role. (This is only partly a joke.)"

In the summer of 2015, Samantha moved to New York from Florida after having attended Florida Atlantic University's BFA Acting program and performing in some local regional theatres. Samantha also spent 4 months studying in the Bloomsbury area of London's Camden district through Florida State University's international studies program, Theatre Academy London. During this time, she studied Shakespeare, Scene Study, Movement, Mask Work, and Playwriting from some of London's most renowned instructors and top working professionals in the industry.

Doing theatre is Samantha's greatest joy; she has traveled around the country performing in professional productions, and made her Off-Broadway debut in a new musical called The Scarlet Savior in the spring of 2019. Someone with a fiery spirit and a headstrong determination, she never shies away from hard work or a challenge. When asked if she can perform certain skills she does not yet possess, her response is always, "Not yet!"

Samantha hopes to explore more of the works of William Shakespeare, as well as modern contemporary musicals. Having the opportunity to help in developing new works and originating roles in new musicals is one of her favorite challenges as an actor. A proud member of AGMA since 2019, she is looking forward to her next opportunity to make art again.

You thought I was kidding, didn't you?
